The Nightingale Advantage Program was initiated in January 2017 as a result of a successful conclusion to a medical emergency. We believe this may be the only mortgage program ever created from a place of profound gratitude. This makes everything we do a little bit different.

Nightingale is a unique niche-type mortgage program aimed at everyone in healthcare, from the CEO to the maintenance staff and everyone in between. We also include dentist’s offices, veterinarians and their staff, laboratories, and all auxiliary types of business, all military, past and present. We offer this program to all first responders: police, firefighters, and paramedics.

Nightingale now offers this program to both the children and parents of the three groups mentioned above.

We offer ½ of 1% of the loan amount back as a credit at closing to be used for closing costs or to buy the rate down. As an example, a $500,000 mortgage will net the buyer back a credit of $2,500.
